Our standard delivery is 5 business days. Labs process physical film Monday through Thursday, meaning weekend shoots start processing on the next lab day. A 48-hour rush option is available for weekday shoots at a $100 fee.
You receive up to 5 free revisions if submitted in one batch within 7 days of gallery delivery. Additional revisions are $15 per photo. Revisions cover standard adjustments like exposure, minor color correction, and ensuring true-to-life skin tones.
For cancellations made 7 or more days out, your 50% retainer can be transferred to a new date within 90 days. For cancellations under 7 days, the retainer is forfeited. If the photographer needs to cancel for an emergency, you receive a full refund.
